Senior Technical Lead Software (Rust)

You act as a technical lead for a cross-functional software team developing integrated solutions for molecular diagnostics systems.

I Suoi compiti

• Translate complex business and customer needs into effective technical solutions
• Design and develop software solutions meeting regulatory requirements and quality attributes
• Guide the team in best practices including code reviews, testing and continuous integration
• Act as a mentor and role model guiding team members in technical development
• Collaborate with Product Owners, System Architects, Solution Architects and System Engineers

Che cosa porta con sé

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in Software Development/Engineering
• Several years of proven experience in software development
• Experience with Rust including ownership, borrowing and lifetimes, or willingness to learn Rust with experience in C++
• Experience with event-driven architecture, DDD, TDD, BDD or containerization technologies is a plus
• Excellent communication skills and ability to foster inclusive, collaborative teams
• Certified ISAQB or equivalent is a plus

• Grado di occupazione: 80–100 %
• Opzione di assunzione a tempo indeterminato dopo l'incarico, se entrambe le parti lo desiderano
