Materials and Processes Engineer - Metals and Assembly

This role plans and implements qualification programs for metallic materials and assembly processes in an aerospace manufacturing environment.

I Suoi compiti

• Plan and execute qualification test programs for new metallic materials and assembly processes
• Compile and revise technical documentation such as process specifications and engineering standards
• Lead materials and process projects in the field of metals and assembly
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate materials and processes into product design
• Support engineering, production, quality and customer support on metallic materials topics
• Ensure compliance of materials and processes with aviation and environmental regulations

Che cosa porta con sé

• MSc degree in Materials Science, Materials Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering
• Strong expertise in metallic materials and assembly processes
• Good German and English skills at B2 level
• Analytical problem-solving skills for complex technical challenges
• Ability to work independently with a flexible, target-oriented mindset
• Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills in interdisciplinary teams
