You take ownership of mechanical systems across aircraft platforms, covering design, certification and in-service engineering support.

I Suoi compiti

Own multiple mechanical systems across aircraft platforms throughout their lifecycle
Design, develop, qualify and certify mechanical components per FAR/EASA-CS Part 23
Prepare technical reports and support in-service aircraft operations
Act as technical focal point for external suppliers and system vendors
Support ground tests, flight test campaigns and introduction of new developments into production
Analyze in-service issues and define corrective actions with production and customer support teams

Che cosa porta con sé

Degree in Aeronautical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or an equivalent technical discipline
Minimum 5 years of experience in aerospace mechanical systems in development, integration and certification
Experience with certification standards such as RTCA DO-160 and DO-254
Solid understanding of requirements development, traceability, verification and validation
Fluent English required; German is an advantage
Experience leading complex engineering projects with global suppliers
