CSA Engineer - Data Center

You support construction management on data center building projects, coordinating civil, structural and architectural works on site in the Zurich region.

Ihre Aufgaben

• Support the Construction Manager in planning, coordination and execution of Civil, Structural and Architectural works
• Monitor construction readiness: drawings, technical submittals, materials, permits, access and subcontractor resources
• Coordinate with Design, BIM, QA/QC, Procurement, Logistics and MEP teams on critical CSA-to-MEP interfaces
• Conduct site inspections, monitor progress and productivity, support inspections, snagging and NCR management
• Review drawings and technical documentation, manage RFIs and maintain progress records and as-built documentation

Was Sie mitbringen

• Degree or equivalent qualification in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture or related discipline
• 3-6+ years of experience in site engineering or construction delivery on complex building projects
• Understanding of CSA construction methods, sequencing and site coordination
• Ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications and BIM models
• Experience coordinating subcontractors and multidisciplinary interfaces
• Knowledge of construction quality processes: RFIs, technical submittals, ITPs, NCRs, inspections, handover
• Fluent English communication skills
