This role drives standardization, optimization and continuous improvement of global manufacturing processes, focusing on process technologies, automation and quality.

Ihre Aufgaben

Define, document and standardize manufacturing processes globally
Lead process improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma and Industry 4.0 principles
Identify opportunities for automation, digital transformation and advanced manufacturing technologies
Collaborate with R&D, engineering, production and quality teams on new product introductions
Develop and deliver training programs on new processes and methodologies
Conduct process audits and performance analyses to identify bottlenecks
Manage complex process improvement and capacity expansion projects

Was Sie mitbringen

Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Manufacturing or related)
Master's degree preferred
Experience in manufacturing engineering, process development or continuous improvement in global operations
Knowledge of Lean manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies, Green or Black Belt desirable
Experience with automation, MES, SCADA and digital manufacturing solutions
Proficiency in process simulation software, CAD/CAM tools and statistical analysis software
Fluency in English required
