You ensure optimal performance and reliability of ion implanter systems by planning and optimizing maintenance strategies to maximize productivity and minimize downtime.

Ihre Aufgaben

Develop and execute maintenance plans to ensure maximum uptime and efficiency of ion implanter systems
Collaborate with engineers and technicians to implement technical improvements for reliability and performance
Optimize spare parts management to minimize downtime and costs
Partner with production teams to integrate maintenance activities with production schedules
Work with the process support group to address process and tool performance issues
Contribute to selection, installation and commissioning of new equipment

Was Sie mitbringen

Advanced degree in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, or equivalent work experience
Minimum of 5 years of experience in maintenance engineering, ideally with ion implanter systems
Proven expertise in planning, implementing and optimizing maintenance strategies
Strong knowledge of Applied Materials 9500/XR200 and Varian VIISTA implant systems or equivalent
Strong communication skills in English
