Ihre Aufgaben

Translate laboratory functional requirements into scalable technical data solutions
Connect new and existing lab instruments to LIMS, robotics and automation platforms
Implement customizations to lab digital platforms for efficiency and traceability
Identify ways to increase the value of lab data through data integration and warehousing
Support testing, deployment and continuous improvement of lab data solutions

Was Sie mitbringen

Bachelor's or Master's degree in a scientific or computational discipline, or equivalent experience
Solid experience in applying data engineering to scientific or laboratory data
Experience with LIMS customization, data models and instrument integration
Programming skills in Python, R, Java or Groovy
Experience with ETL/ELT tools such as Airflow and dbt, APIs, SQL/NoSQL
Fluent spoken and written English
