This role leads system architecture, compliance and validation for industrial excitation systems, acting as the key technical authority connecting requirements, design and field application.

Ihre Aufgaben

Define and maintain product and system requirements, architecture, interfaces and specifications
Own system compliance and validation strategies including type tests in internal and external laboratories
Lead cross-functional technical activities across development, integration, validation and lifecycle
Act as a senior technical expert for complex product, customer and field issues
Convert lessons learned into requirements, architecture decisions and engineering guidance
Provide technical leadership for major product-platform initiatives

Was Sie mitbringen

Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Electronics, Energy Systems or related discipline
Extensive experience with excitation systems, architecture, application engineering and commissioning
Strong knowledge of thyristor and IGBT converter systems, protection and grid compliance
Hands-on experience in verification, validation, system and type testing and root-cause analysis
Good understanding of international standards such as EMC, insulation, partial discharge testing, IEC 62477
Ability to lead multidisciplinary technical projects across global teams
Experience with simulation tools such as DIgSILENT PowerFactory, PSCAD, MATLAB Simulink or PLECS is an advantage
