Project Manager Engineering

You lead and manage converter system engineering projects from tender phase through completion, ensuring deliverables are on time, within budget and meet quality requirements.

Ihre Aufgaben

• Lead planning, execution and delivery of engineering projects within timelines and budgets
• Lead technical solution development during sales and tender phase
• Define project scope, objectives and deliverables with stakeholders
• Coordinate internal teams and external partners for smooth execution
• Track project milestones, timelines and deliverables using appropriate tools
• Identify technical risks early and implement mitigation measures
• Lead and coach project team members to foster high performance

Was Sie mitbringen

• Master's degree in electrical or mechanical engineering
• Minimum 5 years of experience in project execution within an engineering environment
• Experience with power systems and converter systems is a plus
• Proven track record in managing complex engineering projects
• PMP or equivalent certification is an advantage
• Fluency in English required, German is a plus

• Pensum: 80–100 %
• Arbeitsmodell: Vor Ort
• Option auf Festanstellung nach dem Einsatz, wenn beide Seiten wollen
