The role develops formulations and manufacturing processes for oral solid dosage forms of small molecules, from first-in-human trials through to marketing phase.

Ihre Aufgaben

Plan, coordinate, perform and document scientific experiments with functional and project leads
Develop phase-appropriate formulations for oral drug products
Develop efficient and robust manufacturing processes including scale-up
Transfer procedures and instructions to GMP production facilities, including troubleshooting
Support manufacture of clinical supplies under GMP conditions
Document, evaluate and interpret raw data and propose next experiments
Contribute to investment projects and maintenance of infrastructure and equipment

Was Sie mitbringen

Degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences or related discipline (MSc, BSc with experience, or equivalent)
Around 2-4 years of experience in pharmaceutical development of oral solid dosage forms
Experience with pharmaceutical technologies and unit operations in lab, technicum or pilot plant setting
Experience applying digital tools such as e-Lab Notebook and digital data recording
Good scientific/technical knowledge of galenics and formulation/process development
Proficient with laboratory and/or technical tools
Proficiency in English required; German and/or French an advantage
