Product Quality Assurance Manager Dringend

This role drives product assurance and quality engineering across satellite projects, from development and qualification through production and delivery.

Ihre Aufgaben

• Drive product assurance and quality requirements across the full product lifecycle
• Coordinate product assurance activities and act as key interface for customers and stakeholders
• Drive risk-based quality activities including Design and Process FMEA and root cause analysis
• Monitor and report quality performance, product risks and mitigation measures
• Lead quality reviews, Non-Conformance Review Boards and corrective action management
• Plan product assurance milestones and support major program and design reviews
• Develop audit strategies and support internal, external and supplier audits

Was Sie mitbringen

• Degree in engineering, quality, science or another technical discipline, or equivalent experience
• Experience in product assurance, quality engineering or related functions in a regulated industry
• Strong understanding of complex engineering systems and product development processes
• Hands-on experience with EN/AS9100 and/or ISO 9001 quality management systems
• Knowledge of FMEA and risk-reduction methodologies
• Business-fluent English required; German is an advantage
• Willingness to travel internationally when required
