The role covers quality assurance for manufacturing, assembly, integration and test processes in an aerospace production environment, including non-conformance investigation and process qualification.

Ihre Aufgaben

Lead non-conformance investigation and root cause analysis for product or process deviations
Oversee quality aspects of manufacturing, assembly, integration and test processes
Implement and develop quality assurance programs aligned with project milestones
Establish critical-to-quality features with process engineering and operations
Moderate process FMEA and execute quality inspections
Establish process quality documentation and support process qualification
Contribute to customer and internal audits as quality assurance representative

Was Sie mitbringen

Relevant experience in quality and continuous improvement
Degree in engineering or a similar relevant discipline preferred
Knowledge of standards such as EN9100, ECSS, NASA and MIL
Ability to analyse technical products and systems and their function
Excellent written and oral communication skills in English
MS Office experience required
Fluent in German
Experience in quality preventive methodology such as 5Why and Ishikawa Fishbone
