This role embeds quality engineering into the development and manufacturing of integrated photonics platforms, bridging prototype operations and scalable production.

Ihre Aufgaben

Define quality gates, qualification test plans and reliability criteria for new photonics platforms
Conduct risk assessments including Design and Process FMEAs for technical changes
Optimize manufacturing processes, cycle times, yield and quality metrics with production teams
Lead non-conformance management and root-cause analysis using 8D, 5-Why and Fishbone methods
Establish Statistical Process Control frameworks and control plans at critical production stages
Maintain QMS procedures per ISO 9001 and conduct internal and supplier audits
Embed Lean/Six Sigma continuous improvement frameworks and report quality KPIs to leadership

Was Sie mitbringen

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Materials Science, Microelectronics, Physics or related field
3–5+ years of hands-on quality engineering experience in semiconductors, MEMS, microelectronics or photonics
Strong command of structured root-cause analysis and CAPA management
Practical experience with ISO 9001 QMS maintenance and continuous improvement frameworks
Six Sigma Green Belt certification is a strong plus
Fluency in English required; proficiency in French is a strong advantage
