R&D Specialist - System Science

This role builds scientific foundations to explain, optimize and predict product, machine and packaging system performance in a beverage R&D environment.

Ihre Aufgaben

• Formulate hypotheses linking product, machine and packaging design choices with beverage performance
• Design experiments on flow, pressure, mass transfer, extraction, dissolution and foam generation
• Build predictive, physics-based models explaining system behaviour
• Identify performance drivers, variability and knowledge gaps to improve robustness
• Create reusable scientific knowledge for future research and product development
• Translate scientific findings into recommendations for technical integration and validation

Was Sie mitbringen

• Strong knowledge of physical chemistry, applied physics, mechanical engineering or related scientific field
• Experience applying predictive modelling to explain and anticipate system behaviour
• Expertise in transport phenomena, fluid systems, experimentation and packaging
• Ability to connect fundamental science with system design questions
• Fluent English communication skills, able to translate complex concepts clearly
