Section Lead Drug Product Process Engineering

You lead a team of process engineers developing robust sterile manufacturing processes for parenteral drug products, from clinical through commercial stages.

Ihre Aufgaben

• Lead a team of process engineers developing sterile drug product manufacturing processes
• Provide technical oversight for scale-up, process characterization and validation
• Ensure process designs are robust for effective validation and commercialization
• Coach and develop a team of approximately 8-12 process engineers
• Represent the function in stakeholder meetings and drive global harmonization
• Collaborate cross-functionally with manufacturing sites and CMOs

Was Sie mitbringen

• Ph.D. in a relevant scientific or engineering discipline preferred, or equivalent experience
• At least 8 years of relevant experience in the biopharmaceutical industry
• Experience leading or managing groups of scientists and engineers
• Strong technical expertise in parenteral process development
• Ability to prioritize resources across a complex organizational network
• Willingness to travel up to 20% domestically and internationally
