You take a leading engineering role in manufacturing, assembly, integration and testing for a high-tech production environment, covering manufacturability, tooling and process improvement.

Ihre Aufgaben

Plan, coordinate and review project work in Manufacturing, Assembly, Integration & Testing
Act as the MAIT interface to project management and report manufacturing status
Own the integration and alignment concept and associated tooling development
Support design for manufacturability and design-to-cost, attending design reviews
Perform manufacturability reviews of part drawings, assembly drawings and bill of material
Drive troubleshooting in production and act as first point of contact for technicians
Lead industrialization efforts for new products and processes

Was Sie mitbringen

University degree or technical college degree in mechanical engineering, industrial engineering or similar
7-10+ years of hands-on engineering experience in a complex manufacturing setting
Experience ideally in the space or aerospace sector
Hands-on mentality with a customer- and product-oriented mindset
Strong leadership and communication skills
