Senior system engineer designing and implementing SCADA systems for high- and medium-voltage substation automation, with technical project responsibility from concept to commissioning.

Ihre Aufgaben

Design SCADA systems for substations based on IEC 61850, IEC 60870-5, Modbus, DNP, OPC protocols
Develop system and network architectures integrating RTU, gateway, protection and automation systems
Configure Ethernet-based communication networks and project-specific software applications
Execute system, integration and Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT)
Support commissioning and service interventions at customer sites, mainly in Switzerland
Advise customers on automation and communication solutions and own technical project scope
Prepare technical specifications, test documentation and training manuals

Was Sie mitbringen

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Engineering, Automation Engineering or comparable
Minimum 5 years of experience in power automation, substation automation, SCADA or RTU systems
Strong knowledge of industrial communication protocols, network architectures and cybersecurity in critical infrastructure
Experience with IEC 61850-based systems and integration of protection, control and automation systems
Experience in technical project coordination, FAT, commissioning and customer training
Excellent written and spoken English; German is an advantage but not required
