This role leads composite structures development and certification activities for new aircraft programs, coordinating design, analysis and cross-functional teams.

Ihre Aufgaben

Technical oversight of composite structures development for certification and modification campaigns
Coordinate and lead design, analysis and evaluation of assigned projects
Liaise with stakeholders across design, manufacturing and certification for composite structures
Report project progress including planning, budget status and risk assessments
Monitor technology advances and lead implementation studies for improvements
Manage and coordinate internal and external suppliers

Was Sie mitbringen

Master's degree in Aeronautical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related field
Minimum 10 years of experience in composite structures development and certification
Strong analytical capabilities in design and structural analysis
Hands-on leadership experience in development, testing, manufacturing and certification
Knowledge of CS/FAR-23 and/or CS/FAR-25 certification requirements
Fluency in English and German (minimum B2 level)
