This role leads system engineering for power plant conversion, modification and upgrade projects, as well as new product introductions, within the power generation sector.

Ihre Aufgaben

Lead and coordinate a team of engineers, setting priorities and supporting project execution
Guide system and process design, including process flow diagrams and functional specifications
Define operating concepts, protection strategies, and control concept narratives
Oversee bottoming cycle capability studies and review technical outputs
Partner with cross-functional teams to strengthen project planning and risk management
Use root cause analysis to turn field experience into product improvements
Maintain tools, work instructions, and process controls to improve engineering consistency

Was Sie mitbringen

Significant experience in system engineering for conversion and upgrade projects within the power industry
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Process Engineering, or equivalent experience
Strong knowledge of gas turbine, steam turbine, or heat recovery steam generator and water-steam cycle system engineering
Experience with risk assessment methods such as FMEA, HAZOP, and functional safety
Proven experience leading technical work across global teams
Strong English communication skills
