Commissioning Team Leader

You lead a team of commissioning engineers delivering energy infrastructure projects, overseeing all phases from planning to performance verification.

Vos tâches

• Supervise and guide a team of commissioning engineers, providing technical expertise and coaching
• Develop, review and approve commissioning plans, procedures and schedules
• Oversee pre-commissioning checks, functional testing and performance verification
• Coordinate with project management, engineering, sales teams and clients
• Identify and resolve complex technical issues during commissioning
• Allocate personnel, equipment and materials to meet deadlines and budget targets
• Uphold safety, quality and environmental standards throughout the process

Ce que vous apportez

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or equivalent
• Minimum 6 years of experience in commissioning, start-up or operations in power generation, oil & gas or heavy industrial projects
• At least 3 years in a leadership role managing commissioning teams
• Proven ability to develop and implement commissioning strategies and procedures
• Strong troubleshooting skills for complex technical challenges
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Conditions

• Taux d'activité: 80–100 %
• Modèle de travail: Sur site
• Option d'engagement fixe après la mission, si les deux parties le souhaitent
