Digital Aircraft Program Manager

You manage a strategic digital aircraft development program, coordinating engineering, IT and business aviation teams in a matrix organization.

Vos tâches

• Execute a strategic digital aircraft development program, ensuring schedules, cost control and risk mitigation
• Drive cross-functional collaboration across IT, Engineering and Business Aviation in a matrix organization
• Align with digital aircraft and product managers to ensure requirements and customer needs are met
• Coordinate internal and external stakeholders to maintain clear scope, objectives and deliverables
• Monitor program performance, managing progress, budget, risks and governance, including Steering Committee reporting
• Prepare financial inputs for strategic decisions and coordinate legal and contractual requirements

Ce que vous apportez

• University degree in Engineering, IT, Aviation or a related technical field
• Minimum 5 years of experience managing complex, cross-functional projects
• Strong expertise in project or program management within aviation
• Proven ability to lead digital transformation initiatives and integrate digital technologies
• English C1 level with strong communication and presentation skills
• Highly organized, proactive and reliable with strong planning and coordination skills
