The role leads root cause analysis and quality case management for gas-insulated switchgear, working directly with customers to resolve and prevent quality issues.

Your tasks

Lead root cause analysis in GIS quality cases
Drive quality cases affecting multiple customers
Own internal and external customer complaints and ensure fast, sustainable solutions
Manage bigger quality cases and drive improvement implementation
Prepare and present reports to internal and external stakeholders
Run sustainable improvement projects to prevent recurring quality issues
Support or lead on-site investigations and prepare method statements

What you bring

3-5 years of experience in electrical power systems
Background in quality function or project management in gas-insulated switchgear
Profound understanding of project management practices
Knowledge of root cause analysis methodologies and tools (8D, A3, etc.)
Experience in commissioning GIS systems is a plus
Fluent English required, German and other languages beneficial
Good communication and cultural sensitivity

Work model: On site
Option of a permanent position after the assignment if both sides want it
