What the engineer earns. It is agreed between you and the person; we only check the statutory minimum requirements.
What it costs, and what it is made of
You pay a monthly amount per assignment. It consists of three parts, which we show you separately.
Statutory employer costs
AHV/IV/EO, ALV, accident insurance, BVG contributions and holiday entitlement. These costs would also arise if you employed the person yourself.
Our margin
For this, we organise the employment, the administration and the support of the assignment.
Permanent hire
The permanent-hire terms are negotiated individually. Among other things, they depend on the country.
