More for companies

Collaboration proves itself in practice.

Try&Hire brings engineers together with companies for fixed-term projects. Both sides experience the collaboration day to day and decide together whether it becomes a permanent position.

On the project, expertise, working style and collaboration become tangible. This creates a basis for the next joint decision.

  • A project has value even if it does not lead to a permanent position.
  • One named contact person for both sides, with name and phone number.
  • What a permanent position after the assignment costs is negotiated individually.

Frequently asked questions

What does Try & Hire mean?

Engineers first work on a company's project for a fixed term. After that, both sides decide whether a permanent position follows.

How is one employed during the assignment?

Employment contract, salary and social insurance run through Try&Hire from day one. No service contract, no invoicing. The company directs the specialist work.

Does the assignment have to become a permanent position?

No. At the end, both sides decide freely. If it does not become a permanent position, the assignment ends as agreed and the profile stays active for further jobs.

What does a later permanent position cost?

The terms are negotiated individually. You will find guidance on the Pricing page.
