Two ways to the right hire

Bring engineering expertise into your project. Whether you are looking for a suitable specialist or already know someone: working together on the project lays the foundation for your decision on a permanent position.

Describe the tasks, the skills required and the scope of the assignment. Together we clarify the next step for your project. Or search verified profiles with an introduction video yourself.

Already found the right person?

A conversation shows possibilities. Working on a project together shows how expertise, working style and team fit together. If headcount or budget has not yet been approved, the employment runs through Try&Hire, and you can still start working together.

Five steps

  1. 1

    Find the right profile

Video, experience, skills and languages — anonymised, but complete. You see how someone explains things before you book a conversation.

  2. 2

    Intro call by video

A 30-minute appointment, booked directly in the person's calendar. No back-and-forth by e-mail.

  3. 3

    A match on both sides

Both sides decide independently of each other. Only when both agree does it go further.

  4. 4

Assignment in your project through Try&Hire

Contract, salary and insurance run through Try&Hire. You lead the work, we handle the paperwork.

  5. 5

Permanent position if both want it

If both sides want to continue, you hire directly — on terms that are fixed from the start.

What assignment durations are possible?

Usually three to six months. The duration is fixed in the contract before the start.

How are costs and responsibilities arranged?

Employment contract, payroll and social insurance run through Try&Hire, and you receive one monthly invoice. Specialist direction on the project lies with you.

What happens with a later permanent position?

If both sides want to continue, you hire permanently and directly – on terms negotiated together.
