Scope

These terms apply to the use of the tryandhire.io platform by companies and by engineers.

Role of Try&Hire

Try&Hire is a brand of avec compétence (avecco) GmbH. It provides the platform and, during the assignment, is the employer within the framework of staff leasing (Personalverleih) under the AVG; the SECO licence has been granted. Try&Hire owes no work result and no placement.

Fees

Use of the platform is free of charge for engineers. Companies pay the agreed monthly assignment price and, in the event of a permanent hire, the permanent-hire fee agreed in advance.
