This role provides global product support and R&D engineering for a grid components portfolio, ensuring product quality and compliance with technical standards.

Your tasks

Provide global product support for grid components
Develop innovative product solutions following standards, design rules and internal processes
Lead or contribute to R&D and product support projects
Collaborate with global R&D, product management, supply chain and operations teams
Support resolution of technical quality issues
Perform internal factory audits
Create, maintain and release technical documentation including schematics, calculations and drawings

What you bring

Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or related field
Proficiency in CAD tools such as Creo or AutoCAD
Experience with PLM (Windchill) and/or ERP (SAP) systems
Strong teamwork skills with ability to work independently
Project management experience is a plus
Fluent English; basic German preferred or willingness to learn

Work model: On site
Option of a permanent position after the assignment if both sides want it
