Search verified profiles with video yourself. Or tell us about your job: we put together a dossier of matching engineers for you.

Book a video call
30 minutes by video, directly in a free time slot of the engineer. No back and forth by e-mail.

Both sides decide
After the call, you and the engineer answer separately. Neither side sees the other’s answer before both have answered.

Offer and contracts
You choose the start and duration and receive an offer with the total cost. The contracts are signed electronically.

A 3 to 6-month assignment
The engineer works in your team; day-to-day direction is yours. Employment contract, salary and social insurance run through Try&Hire, and you receive one monthly invoice.

Check-ins
After 30, 60 and 90 days we ask both sides how it is going. If the answers differ, your assignment manager gets in touch right away, not only at the end.

Hire permanently
30 days before the end, both sides decide: hire permanently, extend or end. The conditions for permanent hiring are already in the offer.
