You design and govern enterprise-wide Identity & Access Management architectures across cloud, on-premise, and hybrid environments, defining standards for authentication, authorization, and privileged access.

Your tasks

Design, govern, and evolve enterprise-wide IAM architectures across cloud, on-premise, and hybrid environments
Define IAM standards, policies, and architecture principles for authentication, authorization, and federation
Design secure identity and access concepts for employees, partners, service accounts, APIs, and privileged users
Act as trusted advisor for business and technology teams on secure-by-design IAM solutions
Assess identity-related risks, conduct security and architecture reviews, and support incident response

What you bring

Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cyber Security, or a related field
5+ years of experience in Identity & Access Management within complex enterprise environments
Strong expertise in authentication, authorization, identity lifecycle management, role design, and PAM
Hands-on experience with IAM and Identity Governance platforms such as Sailpoint, Omada, One Identity, Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory
Understanding of cybersecurity frameworks and regulatory requirements such as ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR, and NIS2
Fluent in English
