Planning Lead Datacenter Construction

You lead the planning process for datacenter construction projects, coordinating interdisciplinary planning teams from preliminary design through execution.

Your tasks

• Lead and coordinate the entire planning team and run planning meetings
• Steer the planning process from preliminary design to execution, including scheduling
• Coordinate with authorities and resolve permit conditions
• Ensure plan quality and compliance with architecture, HVAC/electrical, cost and schedule targets
• Support overall project management in all planning-related questions, including interface management
• Steer optimizations, project changes and sampling, including change management
• Manage contracts, variations and risk for planners, and request as-built documentation

What you bring

• Degree in architecture, civil, electrical or HVAC engineering (ETH/FH) or equivalent qualification
• Several years of experience in planning or project management of general contractor projects
• Ideally experience with datacenter or mission critical facilities
• Sound knowledge of SIA standards and planning-relevant building legislation
• Experience coordinating with authorities
• Strong leadership of interdisciplinary planning teams and interface, schedule and quality management
• Very good English (C1 or native) and good German (B1)

• Option of a permanent position after the assignment if both sides want it
