Senior Manufacturing Specialist

This role leads manufacturing support for innovation and renovation projects, providing technical expertise to enable successful industrialization and sustainable factory performance.

Your tasks

• Lead manufacturing support across innovation and renovation projects
• Drive early manufacturing input, risk assessment and technical decisions
• Deliver technical assistance during industrialization, start-ups and product launches
• Build and document specialist knowledge, standards and guidelines
• Explore new technologies and processes for innovation and productivity
• Develop factory knowledge through training, coaching and cross-site networks

What you bring

• Deep manufacturing, engineering or product development expertise
• Experience applying quality, safety and hygiene standards
• Skilled in data analysis, digital tools and structured problem solving
• Able to collaborate across functions, sites and cultures
• Fluent in English
