Your tasks

Verantwortung für Digitalisierung und Automatisierung der Produktionsprozesse
Einführung und Weiterentwicklung des Lean Manufacturing Execution Systems (LMES)
Integration von Produktions-, Qualitäts- und ERP-Systemen inkl. Daten- und Schnittstellenlandschaft
Leitung von Automatisierungs-, Industrie-4.0- und Infrastrukturprojekten
Verantwortung für Investitionen in Produktionsanlagen und technische Infrastruktur
Weiterentwicklung von Wartungs-, Instandhaltungs- und Monitoring-Konzepten
Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Produktion, Process Engineering, Quality Assurance, SCM und R&D

What you bring

Abgeschlossenes Studium in Maschinenbau, Elektrotechnik oder vergleichbarer technischer Fachrichtung
Mindestens 10 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der produzierenden Industrie
Mindestens 5 Jahre Führungserfahrung
Fundierte Erfahrung in Digitalisierung, Automatisierung, MES/LMES und Industrie 4.0
Ausgeprägte Projektmanagement- und Change-Management-Kompetenzen
Sichere Kommunikation in Deutsch und Englisch
