Sie konzipieren, entwickeln und betreiben Microsoft 365 Copilot-Lösungen und Agents und begleiten deren gesamten Lebenszyklus von der Idee bis zum Betrieb.

Your tasks

• Konzipieren, Entwickeln und Testen von Copilot-Lösungen und Agents mit Microsoft 365 Copilot Agent Builder und Copilot Studio
• Technische Beratung der Fachbereiche und Abstimmung mit Product Owner, Architecture, Security und Datenschutz
• Begleitung des gesamten Agent-Lifecycles von Intake über Prototyping und Deployment bis Betrieb und Decommissioning
• Anbindung von Unternehmensdaten und Funktionen über Microsoft Graph Konnektoren, REST APIs und Model Context Protocol
• Sicherstellen des stabilen Betriebs der Copilot Services inklusive Incident- und Problemanalyse im Second und Third Level Support
• Verfolgen von Änderungen im Microsoft Message Center und der Produkt Roadmap sowie Koordination von Tests und Rollouts

What you bring

• Abgeschlossenes Studium in Informatik oder Wirtschaftsinformatik oder vergleichbare Ausbildung mit mehrjähriger Berufserfahrung
• Gute Kenntnisse in Microsoft 365, Microsoft Copilot und Copilot Studio sowie relevanten Daten- und Berechtigungsmodellen
• Vertrautheit mit Microsoft Graph und REST APIs zur sicheren Anbindung von Unternehmensdaten
• Programmiererfahrung in mindestens einer Sprache, vorzugsweise Python, .NET oder C#
• Grundlagenverständnis generativer AI, Large Language Models und Retrieval Augmented Generation
• Kenntnisse in Authentisierung und Autorisierung mit Entra ID im Enterprise-Umfeld
• Deutsch auf Niveau C1 und Englisch auf Niveau B1
