This role leads product compliance and certification activities for a new power electronics product family, covering design, validation and certification phases.

Your tasks

Lead compliance and certification activities across design, validation and certification phases
Apply standards such as UL, IEC, REACH and RoHS throughout product development
Conduct risk assessments, define type tests and communicate with standardization bodies
Manage supplier interactions and factory audits related to compliance
Lead certification plans and liaise with certification bodies and laboratories
Manage product compliance and certification documentation across the product lifecycle
Contribute to robust design for reliability and quality assurance practices

What you bring

Degree in engineering, such as electrical or mechatronics
Experience in compliance and certification of power electronics products
Experience with medium-voltage power electronics products is advantageous
Knowledge of standards analysis, test planning and certification documentation
Interest in practical verification and validation in a medium-voltage lab environment
Fluent written and spoken English; German is a plus
Willingness to travel occasionally
