Create your profile
Upload your CV. We suggest the details, you check and confirm them. Add a short video in which you introduce yourself.

Introductory call with Try&Hire
30 minutes by video with our team, not with a company. We get to know you and check your profile before companies see it.

Visible, but anonymous
Companies see your skills, languages and video, but not your last name, your contact details or your previous employers. Your current employer is automatically on your block list and does not see your profile at all. You add other companies yourself.

Call with a company
A company books 30 minutes by video in the times you open in your calendar. You can also apply for jobs yourself.

Both sides decide
After the call, you and the company answer separately. Only when both say yes and you agree does that one company see your full profile.

A 3 to 6-month assignment
You work in the company’s team and get to know the tasks, the way of working and your colleagues. Employment contract, salary and social insurance run through Try&Hire. After 30, 60 and 90 days we ask both sides how it is going.

A permanent position, if you want it
30 days before the end, you and the company decide: permanent position, extend or end. Without your yes there is no permanent position.
